Under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, residential consumers receive central government subsidies based on system size:
• 1 kW → ₹30,000
• 2 kW → ₹60,000
• 3 kW & above → ₹78,000
Additionally, the Uttar Pradesh Government provides ₹30,000 extra subsidy on top of the central subsidy — making the total subsidy up to ₹1,08,000 for UP residents!
